Biography

 

It tried to start in 2003, but due to infantile behaviour, lack of commitment, rather watch football mindset, or simply can't play/won't play, a four piece failed and a two piece began. Without the aid of a stickman or bassist, they resorted to Phil's attic, and scraped enough gear together to attempt to go it alone, just to see if it could be done. We are 2 very capable and committed individuals from Scotland who strive to get our music heard by as many people as possible. We now have more than 2 albums worth of material all recorded at home, and a fully established website with hits from over 14 different countries on a regular basis. Our music tips the scale between dark and melancholy hard rock, in its new melodic form captured in our 2005 E.P. We now set out to gain the exposure we deserve. Most of our promotion so far has been internet based which has been an invaluable tool for us and the goals already achieved have been impressive but, we now feel its time to move it up a gear or three. Future plans for the band is to use our music for promotional work through film, TV. and the media to get a more hands on approach to the industry, uploading new tracks as they are written and to seek out management and such like and basically to get The Caine rooms heard in as many different places throughout the world. watch out here we come!
